Each lender is different. Your lender may or may not consider a modification. We look forward to arranging a amicable alternative to foreclosure which may involve an agreement between you as the borrower and the lender who were are servicing the account on behalf of. You can contact The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for free or low cost housing counseling. The counselors can assist you in understanding the law and the options available to you. They can help you in negotiations with your lender and organizing your finances. If your are not able to keep your home and loan is in first position and you do not have any secondary financing, your lender may accept a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure.


If you wish to sell your home, you may sell your home. If the amount financed is greater than the amount you can sell the property for on an open market, your lender may accept a short sale. Please contact us and provide us with contact information for your real estate agent.


If you would like to apply for a Loan Modification or Forbearance Plan on your loan with us, please gather and fax or email the following documents: Most recent Statement of Account for all loans or mortgages on the property. Most recent two months Pay Stubs for all borrowers on the account. Most recent two months Bank Statements for all borrowers on the account. Completed statement of information including real estate owned, contact information including addresses, phone numbers, and employers.
