Once we receive the initial information from you, we will set up the account and send you the Loan Servicing Agreement for your signature. Please review, sign and return with your check for the set up fee. We will follow up with the direct deposit form for you to complete. ​

Once setup is complete, we will inform the borrower and begin loan servicing for you.

You can expect to receive an email notification that funds are being deposited into your bank account. You will also receive an email at the end of every month showing you the monthly payment activity. ​

Once Set Up is complete, you will begin receiving comprehensive loan servicing including monthly statements and direct deposit. If you would like online access, please let us know and we will set up the account for you to see your loans online 24/7. ​
