For Set Up of Basic Loan Service:
To set up a new loan servicing account, simply email or fax the following loan service set up documents:
- Note
- Deed of Trust
- Any Assignments of Deed of Trust
- Contact information for all parties
That's it.
Set Up Fee: FREE!
We will send you the Loan Servicing Agrement and W-9 for your signature and your all set. If you have an existing loan you are transfering in service, please include a payment history of account. Once the information is received we will forward to the Lender and Borrower the ACH Set Up Instructions for completion. We will notify the Borrower and send you your monthly payment after deducting the $15.00 loan servicing fee.

For Comprehensive Loan Service:
To set up an new full service loan account, simply email, fax or mail the following documents:
- Note
- Deed of Trust
- Any Assignments of Deed of Trust
- Property Tax Status
- Fire Insurance Agent Contact Information
- Any Impounds (with funds to be sent)
and complete our Beneficiary Statement of Information. Once the information is received we can forward to the Lender and Borrower the ACH Set Up Instructions for completion if either the Borrower, Lender or both would like Electronic Payments.
