Real Estate Loan Payment Methods:

We have several options for paying your mortgage payment:

• Mail: You may mail your mortgage loan payment by Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check by Regular Mail, Return Receipt or by an overnight mail carrier to the following address:

• ACH: You may have your mortgage loan payment deducted automatically from your bank account. Please complete the ACH Form and provide your email address. ACH is offered as a free service.
  

• Check By Phone: You may call us at (619)298-4990 and request a check by phone be processed for your real estate loan payment. If you already have the ACH payment form complete and on file, simply click Check By Phone to email your request for the loan payment to be posted. If you have sent in the Check By Phone Request, we have your loan payment information on file. It is most secure to mail your Check By Phone Request Form to us as it will contain personal information such as: Your name, account number, address, amount of check, bank account routing number and bank account number. There is a $15.00 convenience fee for this loan payment processing option. Please contact us by 11:00am for loan payment processing on the selected business day. Later requests will be processed the following business day.

• Online Payment: Your bank may provide an online payment option for processing your loan payment electronically. Feel free to contact your bank for details.
  

• Walk In: You may also walk in your mortgage payment to our office. We can provide you with a personal loan payment receipt for your records if you would like one.

If you are unable to afford your mortgage payments and wish to avoid foreclosure, there are many options available for you. 

• You may bring your loan current. Please contact us for the amount due. Click Request Reinstatement Amount to request Reinstatement Amount or call us at (619)298-4990 or (800)870-6225
  
• You may qualify for a Loan Modification or Loan Forbearance Plan depending on your lenders' requirements. Either of these plans will require a written agreement signed by the parties setting forth the payments to be paid. Please see below for the documentation required  to discuss the availability of a plan for your needs and ability to pay. You may call us at 800.870.6225 to discuss your loan.
• You may be able to refinance your loan.
• You can contact The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for free or low cost housing counseling. The counselors can assist you in understanding the law and the options available to you. They can help you in negotiations with your lender and organizing your finances. • If your are not able to keep your home and loan is in first position and you do not have any secondary financing, your lender may accept a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. Contact us by clicking email us.
• If you wish to sell your home, you may sell your home. If the amount financed is greater than the amount you can sell the property for on an open market, your lender may accept a short sale. Please contact us and provide us with contact information for your real estate agent.
